Job Overview

Reporting to the Client Relationship Manager, the job holder will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and maintaining long-term relationships with clients through the provision of excellent end-to-end service delivery. The job holder will also ensure that clients’ needs are well taken care of by being customer-focused and providing world-class customer service.

• General knowledge of port, shipping, CFS and border operations.
• Knowledge in customs clearance processes in the COMESA region.

Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Account Management Experience.
