Branch Manager

Summary:

Nrs Sacco is a modern Sacco that encourages a saving culture of all our members, contributing positively to the economy of our country. NRS Sacco brings on board a variety of facilities, products, and services that are tailor-made to fit the needs and enhance the economic welfare of different categories of our members, both in the informal and formal sectors.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to SACCO policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and achieve sales targets, member growth, and profitability of the branch.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
• Prepare and present branch performance reports to senior management.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, SACCO’s, or a similar financial institution, with 1-2 years in a Branch managerial role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of Sacco operations, financial products, and services.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet set targets.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.
