Location: KISUMU

Education and Experience:

• Minimum qualification: K.C.S.E Certificate with a pass of D+ or above.
• Age: 21 years and above.
• Previous experience in cleaning, especially within a hospital or healthcare environment, will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with hospital hygiene protocols, infection control, and sanitation procedures is desirable.

Skills and Abilities:

•  Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and hospital staff.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere strictly to cleaning schedules and protocols.
• Strong customer service orientation, demonstrating professionalism when interacting with patients and staff.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Understanding and commitment to health and safety standards, including proper use of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and waste disposal procedures.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
