Position Details
This position is located in the Conference Facilities Project at UNON. The Clerk of Works (Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing) reports to the Chief, Programme Management Section, and to the Project Manager, UNON Conference Facilities Project, Division of Administrative Services, UNON.
Responsibilities
- Assessment: Provide an assessment of all works performed and ensure checks and inspections during the project.
- Liaison: Coordinate with relevant services during construction and renovation for safety inspections.
- Supervision: Maintain full-time site supervision, inspections, and recordkeeping of compliance.
- Reporting: Provide weekly activity reports summarizing the status of the work by the end of the period.

Work Experience

Assessment
Evaluation of qualified candidates may include a written assessment exercise followed by a competency-based interview.
