Your Day at NTT DATA
As a Client Manager, you will focus on building relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving expansion across all solutions. Using state-of-the-art tools, you will tailor solutions to meet specific business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet revenue and margin targets while minimizing client churn and maximizing retention.
Strategic Planning: Lead joint strategic account planning to define performance objectives and financial targets.
Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing issues to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Education: Bachelor's Degree or College certification from an accredited institution.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in client management focused on the IT sector, particularly in the Public Sector.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM management.
Core Competencies
Relationship Management: Proven experience in ICT sales and strong relationship-building skills.
Planning and Organization: Excellent planning, organizing, and negotiation abilities.
Positive Attitude: Resilience under pressure with a proactive initiative.
