Your Day at NTT DATA

As a Client Manager, you will focus on building relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving expansion across all solutions. Using state-of-the-art tools, you will tailor solutions to meet specific business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts.

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet revenue and margin targets while minimizing client churn and maximizing retention.

• Strategic Planning: Lead joint strategic account planning to define performance objectives and financial targets.

• Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for clients, addressing issues to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or College certification from an accredited institution.

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years in client management focused on the IT sector, particularly in the Public Sector.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM management.
