Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

• Student Transportation: Ensure safe, punctual, and reliable morning pick-ups and evening drop-offs for students along designated routes.
• Official School Travel: Facilitate transportation for school staff, guests, and students during official duties, educational field trips, and sporting events.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections for oil, tires, fuel, and mechanical soundness. Report any malfunctions to the administration immediately.
• Logbook Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date vehicle logbooks recording daily mileage, fuel consumption, and trip details.
• Compliance & Safety: Strictly adhere to all Kenyan traffic laws and school safety regulations, ensuring all safety equipment (e.g., speed governors, first aid kits, seatbelts) is functional.
• Cleanliness: Maintain the interior and exterior cleanliness of the assigned vehicle at all times. 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE); 
• Licensing:
  • Valid Kenyan driving license (Class BCE or equivalent) held for at least 2–3 years.
  • Valid Public Service Vehicle (PSV) license.
• Certifications: A valid First Aid Certificate and a Certificate of Good Conduct are standard requirements.
• Personal Attributes: High personal integrity, strong time management skills, and a professional, patient manner when interacting with children and parents.

• Should have all necessary driving documents and papers. Must be mechanically knowledgeable
