Remuneration: STRICTLY COMMISSION BASED.

MUST BE 28 YEARS AND ABOVE

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct client needs assessments to recommend suitable insurance products.
• Present and explain insurance policies, terms, and benefits to clients in a clear and professional manner.
• Prepare and submit insurance quotations and proposals.
• Ensure timely follow-up with clients to close sales and maintain high conversion rates.
• Provide after-sales service, including policy renewals, amendments, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and policy documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in any sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving ability.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and compliance procedures.
