Sales Representative - Immediate Start

Job summary

Seeking ready-to-work Sales and marketing representatives to promote and sell our applications directly to customers. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers to introduce and sell online travel products & applications.
• Demonstrate and explain the features, benefits, and value of the applications to clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to the company for product improvement.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
• Represent Free Adverts professionally and uphold the company’s values in all customer interactions.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales or a similar role is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets with minimal supervision.
• Must be available to start immediately.

Compensation:

Basic Salary: Kes 20,000

Competitive commission structure based on sales performance.
