Position 1: Preschool Teacher (ECDE) 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a playful, nurturing environment for early learners;
  • Implement the CBC framework for pre-primary levels;
  • Monitor developmental milestones and communicate regularly with parents regarding child's progress.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Development Education (ECDE) from a recognized institution and valid TSC Registration.
  • Skills: Patience, creativity in lesson planning, and proficiency in digital literacy for early learners. 

Position 2: Music Teacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach music theory and practice across primary and junior secondary levels;
  • Train the school choir and instrument ensembles for the Kenya Music Festivals; and manage school musical equipment.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Education (Music option) and valid TSC Registration.
  • Skills: Ability to play at least one instrument (e.g., piano, guitar, or recorder) and experience in choral conducting. 

Position 3: Kiswahili Teacher

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Deliver high-quality Kiswahili lessons focusing on Lugha (Language) and Fasihi (Literature);
  • Prepare students for internal and national assessments (KPSEA/KESSA); and promote the use of Sanifu Kiswahili within the school culture.

Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Degree in Education with Kiswahili as a major subject and valid TSC Registration.
  • Skills: Strong command of the language, both written and spoken, and the ability to integrate CBC core competencies into language lessons. 

Position 4: Senior Deputy Headteacher

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily school operations and curriculum implementation;
  • Supervise teaching and non-teaching staff;
  • Manage student discipline and welfare, and act as the primary liaison between the teaching staff and the School Head/Board.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree; with a valid teaching experience with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role (e.g., Senior Teacher or HOD); and valid TSC Registration.
  • Skills: Advanced leadership, conflict resolution, financial management, and a deep understanding of Ministry of Education and TSC policies.
