Job Description:

• Access Control: Monitoring school entrances and exits to prevent unauthorized entry and ensuring all visitors follow established protocols.
• Regular Patrolling: Conducting routine foot patrols across campus grounds, including classrooms, playgrounds, and parking areas, to deter theft or vandalism.
• Security Monitoring: Watching surveillance cameras (if applicable) and checking that all doors, windows, and gates are securely locked during and after school hours.
• Incident Reporting: Maintaining a daily log of activities and immediately reporting any suspicious behavior, property damage, or security breaches to school administration.
• Emergency Response: Acting as a first responder during emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or natural disasters, and assisting in building evacuations.
• Student Support: Overseeing student safety during arrival and dismissal, helping with traffic flow, and intervening in conflicts like bullying or playground fights. 

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of a Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) is required.
• Knowledge: Candidates should possess prior security knowledge and experience.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with students, staff, and parents respectfully.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and respond quickly to physical demands across the campus
